Q: “What is the payment policy for Custom Travel Itineraries?”

- Client pays the full amount upfront

- If the client cancels within 24 hours of booking, client receives a full refund

24 Hours after booking: Your Travel Designer will begin crafting your adventure of a lifetime.

- If client cancels between 24 hours of booking and 48 hours after booking, client receives a 50% refund

- 48 hours after booking, all itineraries are non-refundable

Q: "How long does it take to receive my custom itinerary?"

24 hours after you've placed your order, our experienced travel designers will start crafting your adventure of a lifetime. Please allow us [X] days to deliver your personalized itinerary:

- 1 week itinerary: 3-5 business days

- 2 week itinerary: 5-7 business days

- Extended stay itinerary: varies

Q: “How will I receive my custom itinerary?”

  • Delivery Method: Upon completion of your custom itinerary, we will send a PDF copy to your preferred email address.

Q: “What if my travel dates change?”

  • A complimentary one-time adjustment is included with every itinerary. Should you need to modify your travel dates or make other changes to your original itinerary, simply contact us and we'll take care of the rest.
